• Tyler Shane Mercereau, 32, of Sevierville, was charged March 25 with possession of methamphetamine. He was released on $3,500 bail.

• Eddie Ray Fox, 25, of Sevierville, was charged March 25 with impaired driving. He was released.

• Melvin Dale Seay, 66, of Sevierville, was charged on March 25 with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released.

• Derrick M. Hargrove, 28, of Gastonia, North Carolina, was charged March 25 with failing to appear. He was detained.

• Garrett Logan Helton, 20, of Sevierville, was charged on March 25 for breach of a protective order/grant of bail. He was released.

• Michael Shane Collins, 43, of Sevierville, was charged on March 25 with smuggling into a prison, possession of methamphetamine and breach of probation. He was detained.

• Russell Lee Pack, 38, of Sevierville, was charged on March 25 with breach of probation. He was detained.

• Christopher Matthew Hughes, 39, of Sevierville, was charged March 25 with simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. He was released on $1,500 bail.

• Jesse Ball, 33, of Cincinnati, was charged on March 25 with domestic assault, robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon and simple possession. He was being held in lieu of $45,000 bond.

• Mark Anthony Gibson, 44, of Sevierville, was charged March 25 with failing to appear. He was detained.

• Christopher Jones, 25, of no address, was charged on March 25 with non-appearance. He was detained.

• Bradley Edwin Whaley, 42, of Sevierville, was charged March 25 with aggravated burglary and forgery. He was detained.

• Dylan Lee Barratt, 35, of Lebanon, Tennessee, was charged March 26 with domestic assault. He was released.

• David Richard Mausolf, 61, of Pigeon Forge, was charged on March 26 with public intoxication. He was detained.

• Joshua Glenn Bryson, 41, of Seymour, was charged on March 26 with simple possession, impaired driving, implied consent and open container laws. He was released on $1,000 bail.

• Joseph Terrylane Tesnear, 21, of Whitesburg, Tennessee, was charged March 26 with child rape. He was being held in lieu of $500,000 bond.

• Christian Taylor Shilling, 24, of Pigeon Forge, was charged March 25 with breach of probation. He was released.

• Luis F. Trejo, 21, of Sevierville, was charged March 26 with impaired driving. He was detained.

• Stephen Michael Ruhl, 27, of Piedmont, South Carolina, was charged March 26 with possession of a weapon while under the influence, impaired driving and implied consent. He was released on $1,500 bail.

• Logan Scott Prince, 28, of Pigeon Forge, was charged on March 26 with resisting arrest, evading arrest, public drunkenness and revoking bail. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

• Lauren McKenzie Shope, 45, of Sevierville, was charged on March 26 with fleeing justice. She was detained.

• Eric Shope, 431, of Kansas City, Missouri, was charged on March 26 with two counts of aggravated assault, four counts of reckless endangerment, identity theft, resisting arrest, six counts of escape from arrest, obstruction of a highway, two counts of reckless driving, financial liability, improper signage, four counts of driving with a revoked license, three counts of ignoring traffic control devices traffic, improper passing, two counts of driving left of center, failure to yield to lights and siren, failure to maintain control, and three counts of speeding. He was detained.

• Thomas Rick Davis, 38, of Gatlinburg, was charged March 26 with failing to appear. He was detained.

• Zachariah Laboo, 42, of Chattanooga, was charged March 26 with theft of property worth $10,000 to $60,000. He was released.

• Leah Elizabeth Wright, 36, of Bristol, was charged on March 26 with impaired driving and driving with a revoked licence. She was being held in lieu of $20,000 bond.

• Douglas Shaver, 32, of Greeneville, Tennessee, was charged March 27 with contempt of court. He was released.

• Daniel Patrick Counts, 28, of Sevierville, was charged March 27 with impaired driving and driving without a licence. He was released.

• Nicholas A. Harris, 35, of Sevierville, was charged March 27 with impaired driving. He was released.

• James Ball, 32, of Sevierville, was charged March 27 with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, reckless driving, impaired driving and implied consent. He was detained.

• Omar Aguilar-Reyes, 24, of Greeneville, Tennessee, was charged March 26 with impaired driving and driving without a license. He was released.

• James Michael Wray, 28, of Sevierville, was charged on March 27 with public intoxication. He was released.

• Nathan Maxwell Wells, 30, of Johnson City, was charged March 27 with evading arrest, probation violation, financial responsibility, driving with a revoked license and unlawfully tinting glass. He was detained.
