Nathaniel K. Robinette775 Gilbreath Mill Road, Mosheim, fined $600 and court costs, 11 months and 29 days suspended to 45 days in jail, balance on probation, forced to attend school DUI and suspended license for two years, for DUI.

Jose Ordaz Franco10 Lakeshore Park, fined $100 plus court costs, sentenced to six months in jail, suspended, balance on probation, must complete four hours of defensive driving instruction, for driving with a revoked license and reckless driving.

Chasity E. Gilland2145 Shakerag Road, lost $292.50 cash bond, for public intoxication.

James B. McMahan1680 Morrison Road, Chuckey, fined $500 and court costs, sentenced to 11 months and 29 days suspended to four days in jail, remainder on probation, required to attend school DUI and license suspended for one year, for illegal drug paraphernalia and DUI.

The state declined to prosecute the following individuals:

A diversion was granted for Spencer Alan Gunter30 Hillbrook Lane, Afton, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
